EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Previous Experience required.

Prepares correspondence, reports and takes minutes for various committee meetings.  Insures that all records, files, correspondence, and proposals are maintained for the Administrator and has access to sensitive information. Updates social media.

 

CLINIC COORDINATOR
High School graduate or equivalent required
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel & Office.  Excellent organization skills required.

Maintains master schedule for medical appointments for clients and arranges transportation for appointments.  Assists in maintaining current medical records by filing, thinning and keeping the charts organized and accurate.

 QMRP
Bachelors degree & 1 year of experience in the field of developmental disabilities is required.

Requires excellent writing skills and ability to lead meetings needed to develop, supervise, and maintain individual programs for caseload of approx 50 clients.

HOUSEKEEPER
2nd shift (11a.m. – 7:00 p.m.)
High School graduate preferred

Cleans offices, dormitories, and other facility buildings as assigned.  Maintains all janitorial equipment in good working order.

DIRECT CARE PROVIDERS –PART TIME
2:00 P.M. – 10:00 P.M.
High School graduate or equivalent required

Needed to directly work with clients with developmental disabilities.  This position requires hands on care. (Part time)

 SHIFT LEADER
(12 hour shift) – 6p-6a
1 year supervisory experience required

Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities is preferred.  Excellent supervisory and communication (verbal and written) skills are required.  Must be reliable, make good decisions and be a good role model for staff.  Supervises, observes and evaluates approximately 12 direct care staff on the dorm on the assigned shift.

HOUSEPARENT 
High School graduate and valid driver’s license needed.

Supervise and care for clients in group home setting; assist residents in developing behaviors, skills and attitudes needed to live successfully in the group home

DIRECT CARE PROVIDERS
6a.m. – 6p.m. and 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. shifts
High School graduate or equivalent required

Needed to directly work with clients with developmental disabilities.  This position requires hands on care. 12 hour shifts

 Job Coach – Animal Husbandry
High school graduate or equivalent.  One year of experience in the field of developmental disabilities is preferred.
Implements the daily schedule of activities developed by the supervisor that governs activities related to small animal husbandry, egg and dairy production, and the selling of all animals and animal products at local businesses, farmer’s markets, and other markets around the state.
